Accessibility Statement

1. Legal framework

The Operator is a microenterprise to which the obligations of Act No. 424/2023 Coll. (transposing Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility requirements for products and services — the European Accessibility Act, the "EAA") currently do not apply (the exemption for service providers that are microenterprises). Nevertheless, the Operator voluntarily undertakes to keep the Platform accessible in accordance with the WCAG 2.2 AA standard and publishes this statement beyond its statutory obligations.

The Operator is committed to making the Platform accessible to persons with disabilities in accordance with the EAA and the international standard WCAG 2.2, Level AA.

2. Compliance status

The Platform is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA; continuous improvement is ongoing. Areas where compliance has not yet been achieved include:

• Interactive maps and data visualisations with limited alternative text representation.
• Some dynamic components (session replay, advanced filters) do not yet fully behave in line with WCAG recommendations.

The Operator is working on gradually remedying these shortcomings and publishes updated information on the accessibility status on this page.

3. Feedback and enforcement

Send accessibility issues, requests to make content accessible in an alternative manner and accessibility complaints to [email protected]. The Operator undertakes to respond no later than within 30 days of receiving the submission.

If the Operator fails to respond within the 30-day period, responds insufficiently, or if the submitter is not satisfied with the resolution, a complaint may be filed with the authority entrusted with accessibility supervision:

• Complaints regarding the accessibility of e-commerce services are handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) (coi.gov.cz — Accessibility of Products and Services section, submissions via the ČOI filing office).
• The Digital and Information Agency (DIA) acts as the methodological body for digital accessibility; Act No. 99/2019 Coll. applies to public sector bodies.
